About Me
My name is Scott Flinders.
I have worked in the games industry for 4 years at large and small studios and I'm no stranger to taking on different roles, learning and adapting to the demands of the project.
I have taken on roles as a level artist / environment artist / prop artist /material artist / character artist / fx artist / bug fixer / level designer and more. So I have a solid understanding of the game art pipeline.
I'm proficient in Maya, Z-brush, X-Normal, Photoshop, Substance Designer, Unreal and Marmoset and also have experience with Unity, 3D Coat, Substance Painter, 3DS Max and Quixel.
I am passionate about all digital media and have a keen interest in technology across a wide range of fields.
I like to keep up to date with all the latest advances be it hardware or software. As a result I have a wide knowledge base that covers a broad array of techniques and approaches.
This tradition of self directed study has enabled me to consistently improve my work and also aids in creative problem solving.
